Malene graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences (BSc) alongside a Master’s degree in Chiropractic (MSc).
Originally from a small island off the West Coast of Norway, Malene has always been motivated by a desire to explore beyond what was familiar and take on new challenges. This drive took her to the United States, where she gained valuable international experience and broadened her outlook, before ultimately settling in the UK.
Her interest in chiropractic began after completing a year of Pre-Medical studies, where she developed a deeper understanding of how the human body functions. During her clinical placements, Malene worked with patients of all ages and a wide variety of conditions. She also gained experience supporting paediatric patients, as well as assisting new mothers with breastfeeding-related concerns.
Malene believes strongly in identifying the root cause of a problem, rather than simply managing symptoms. She places great importance on educating patients about what is happening in their body, helping them reduce pain while rebuilding strength, movement, and confidence. She welcomes patients with all types of aches and pains and enjoys supporting them towards meaningful goals—whether that’s returning to sport or simply being able to plant sunflowers in the garden again. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and pregnancy-related pain.
Malene was drawn to London Wellness Centre because of its strong reputation and commitment to patient-centred care. She also loves the vibrant energy of London and the opportunity to work with such a diverse community.
Outside of the clinic, Malene enjoys playing football, experimenting with new recipes, travelling, and spending time with friends.
